Returns & Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day return window for eligible Project E Beauty products. Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order. To start your return, please click HERE or contact our support team at hello@projectebeauty.com. Approved items must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation to process a refund.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ensure that the return is sent with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed returns..
  • Returned items must include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories in good condition with no damage or excessive wear. Missing or damaged components may result in a deduction from your refund.
  • Returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure compliance with our policies.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received, allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect. Shipping fees and coverage costs are non-refundable.

Special Conditions:

  • Opened or used topical items are not eligible for return; only unopened items in original packaging qualify.

Warranty:
All Project E Beauty purchases made directly from projectebeauty.com or authorized retailers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. To file a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our support team for assistance.


Delivered but Not Received:
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, it is non-refundable. However, we will replace the product. A secure new shipping address with signature confirmation is required to prevent further issues.


Exclusion to the Warranty

Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse, improper operation or maintenance, service modifications or repair performed by a person not authorized by Project E Beauty, or other conditions not arising from defects in Product material or workmanship;
  • Malfunctions or failure caused by accidental or intentional damage;
  • Any transfer or assignment of ownership to any third party.

 

If the product has been discontinued, Project E Beauty would replace with the most comparable model still in production or offer store credit. In case of any dispute, Project E Beauty reserves the rights of final decision.
